Pajama What?

Have you ever seen anything so cute!!!! For my birthday my good friend sent me this Pajama gram!! It is one of the cutest things I have ever seen! It comes wrapped in this darling organza collapsible hatbox. What a fun surprise and great gift idea!! check it out a http://www.pajamagram.com/ . It is a little pricey but will not disappoint!!! Hannah is having surgery for her tonsils and adenoids on Friday I wish I would have thought of sending her a Pajama Gram! Oh well! I am sure I can get some pajamas at Target a lot cheaper anyway!!!

WHAT A DOLL!

My baby still loves babies! Saturday we went on an outing and Marisa had to bring her (our) baby along. After making sure she was dressed appropriately with shoes and everything we headed out. At bed time this was the scene. She dressed them in their pajamas and made little beds for them and one for herself! She even laid out their clothes for the next day! So precious! I Savor these moments.

I almost missed it!!!!

I almost missed it!!! I am so glad I didn't!!! It rained today in Henderson and Las Vegas area!! A rare event!! Even rarer a beautiful double rainbow. I am so glad when Marisa headed out to play I went with her to watch her walk down the street to her friends house. There it was peeking out!!! I am so glad I didn't send one of the kids instead!!! I would have missed this beautiful sight!!!! What a beautiful world Heavenly Father created for us!!!

Trash or treasure!!!

So this morning as I am sending my kids out the door I look over to our neighbors across the way and they have a pile up of things for Goodwill. First I notice the little armor and wonder if it is better that the one we have upstairs in Marisa's room. I go about my day and decide I need to run some errands. When I leave the house I see the armor again. I decided to go over and take a peek. Oh my gosh!!!! Then I spotted the TV stand!!! Last year we got a flat screen for our family room and we moved that big 100lbs. TV up to the loft area we just sat it on the floor because we didn't have a table to hold it. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. It was exactly what we have been needing! A matching pair in great condition unbelievable!!!! I went to the door and asked if I could have some of their junk? She was thrilled that I wanted it! She would much rather a neighbor and friend have it then not know who or where it ends up. So I loaded it in my car and transported back to my garage where I left it until Jeff gave me the thumbs up and we moved it in!!! It is awesome!!! Trash or treasure? Treasure to me and it was FREE!!!

It's a Three Hat Day!!

It’s a three hat day! Have you read the children's book by Laura Geringer? It is a cute cute book about a A funny little man who loves hats. He cheers himself up by wearing three at a time!

Hannah has been home sick with strep throat this week! When she wasn’t too wiped out she spent some time knitting beanies and hats!!! I am so proud of her. Her aunt let us borrow the looms a long time ago and last week Hannah picked them up and figured it out all by her self. I kept her supplied with some fun yarns and she went to town!!

After I figured out that she probably had Strep yet again I did some investigating and gathered all my records of how many times she has actually been into see the doctor for the same thing. I was amazed at how frequently I had taken her in with the same result. We visited the Pediatrician on Monday and when they confirmed my suspicion of strep. I made an appointment with the Ear Nose Throat Dr. We went in on Tuesday and yes, she will be having her tonsils and adenoids taken out. I haven’t scheduled the surgery yet but I am hopeful that she will be able to put these sore throats behind her. I think she has lived half her live with a sore throat. Poor baby!!!
